application of Ohio Adoption Law in Cuyahoga County.
Presented by Roseanne Hilow, Esq, this event will
include information about Consent, Assessment, Release
of Identifying Information and Who can adopt and be
adopted. Ms. Hilow has 20 years of adoption law
experience in the Cuyahoga County Probate court where
she has been a General Magistrate and Supervisor of the
Adoption Department since 1987. She earned her law
degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her
Masters of Business Administration at James J. Nance
College of Business Administration in 1983.
