“Late Term Abortion: Law and Reality In Ohio”*

Denise Mackura, an attorney with a long history of work in the pro-life movement, will report on the legal status of the unborn in Ohio.  For the newcomer to life issues, Denise will conduct a brief case review of decisions impacting the rights of unborn people in our state and in our nation.  For the studied pro-life laborer, Denise will address current Ohio and Sixth Circuit viability law and the realities of abortion facility licensing in Ohio.

This course has been approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 1.0 total CLE hour instruction.
