Pro-Life Legislation in the Age of Obama

David Forte, Constitutional and First Amendment Law professor at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, outlined
changes in pro-life legislation around the country since January 2009. He explored trends in current legislation and analyzed the nature of the current Pro-Life agenda.
His lecture touched on state pro-life legislation passed since President Obama was sworn in to the presidency and included a review of legislation still pending in the Congress.
